Solving Problems
Breakthroughs in Solving Problems

Solve problems for which you didn’t think there was a solution

In an average of 16 hours, our Breakthrough Process will produce a plan that everyone agrees will produce the breakthrough results (solve the problem) and is feasible.

The Breakthrough Process takes a group “outside the box” of what they know (which is usually insufficient or even blocks problem solving) to “what they don’t know they don’t know”.

Using this process could help your organization:

  • Make a major reduction in the cost of a project or product
  • Achieve consensus on a decision where currently there is conflict
  • Figure out how to be more competitive
  • Solve a technical problem
Real client results: After months of struggling without success, a defense project team figured out how to meet the government’s budget by decreasing the cost of a $20M proposal by $5M (an ROI exceeding 80), and subsequently won the proposal.
